Acquarella organizes a series of seminars with foreign teachers about the different approaches to WATER ACTIVITIES FOR BABIES AND KIDS in different countries of the world. This Saturday we will start with Marion Felzeder, who will talk from her city Linz, about Austrian water activities for children. The speach will be in English with consecutive translation into Italian.

Marion Falzeder has been working as a swimming teacher for 24 years. She combines her skills as a sociologist, cranio-sacral therapist and somatic experience therapist of the trauma method, to help adults and children in particular with fear of water. Her “Nessie – Waterfun Society” swimming school in Linz, Austria, has been offering courses for babies, children and adults for 18 years. She is also Chairwoman and trainer of the Austrian ABA Children’s Swimming Association, which offers training courses for babyswimming teachers (children aged 0-6). Marion will talk about the organization of babyswimming in Austria, about the organization of the ABA association and in particular about the philosophy of her Nessie Swimming School. As a cranio-sacral therapist, she will also talk about the neurological structure and its functionality applied to water activity with children.
In addition to regularly holding training courses about babyswimming for the ABA association, Marion lectures in international events in Austria, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, France and Greece.
